 I just finished your book, for the first time that is, and its great!

 I identified with nearly everything (in the first half) and you offered me something I've never had and that's a way to begin writing fiction; everything I've ever written is fact, and even a slight attempt at fiction scared me to death: Nevermore, quoth this raven.

Hi Rob,

I ordered, received, and printed out your "The Easy Way to Write a Novel" all in a matter of three hours. While printing I also did about two hours of other necessary chores. When adding paper to my copier I could not help reading a few words on some pages. They just jumped out at me. I have now read 'Author's Note' and now can hardly wait to read the entire book.

 I have several books started and one movie script completed. Since the script is a period piece (no markets for 1800's Old West stuff) I am doing a book. I can add all the good parts that I had to cut in the script.

 Thanks so much for your ebook. I feel that it is precisely what I needed. I will read every word before I attempt to write again.

 Thank you for your generous reply.  Having just sat in on a PACKED talk last night given by a literary agent at the Women Writers Network in London - and watching the 50 or more attendees (the event was not advertised) mob the poor woman afterwards - I have no doubt there are a ton of people who would love what you're doing...and will be  surprised if you don't have to take on a partner one of these days. I wish you this success, but am glad I get to work a bit with you in the meantime.  I like your style.

I should have written to you before now, as I signed up for your 'Easy Way to Write a Novel' course in September.  Around the same time I bought a course from the English writer, Nick Daws ('How to Write Any Book in 28 Days  . . . or Less).  I found both courses extremely well written and helpful, and the upshot was that I wrote a children's book in three weeks, whereas it would normally have taken me about six months.  There was no real conflicting advice in either course  - so it would probably have been easier for me to have bought one and stuck to it!  However, I found your course extremely worthwhile, so I must thank you here and now for the help you've given me. 

Now to other things.  A couple of days ago I bought 'How To Be an Internet Guru' from you.  Wow!  To be truthful I don't really know why I bought it.  It was an impulse buy  - although I'm sure you know it was down to your brilliant powers of persuasion!!  Anyway, I read the book this morning, took the dog for a walk this afternoon  - and came back with an e-book planned and mapped out in my dictaphone  - totally from scratch.

 I'm really excited about this one.  I've written books on confidence and study skills for teenagers - and I'm also in the middle of my second fiction book for kids. Now thanks to you I also have a book for parents about how to deal with troublesome adolescents.  Well done, Rob, I can't thank you enough.  Thanks to your two e-books I'm sure I'll have my new project written in a couple of weeks.

Rob, I'd really appreciate a reply soon  - especially if I'm going to sign up for the 'Get Published' book.  $171 sounds better than $241 . . .  Oh heck, I feel the impulse coming on again.  I think I'll just go ahead and order right now.  (The impulse is probably my intuition.)  I hope you'll reassure me, nevertheless, Rob.  Come to think of it, if your first two have worked really well for me, why shouldn't I take your word on this one, right?

 I would say to you that I have enjoyed your classes and will again participate more fully in more in the future. Dear Rob

Firstly let me thank you for writing “How to be an internet guru.”  I have found the book a real inspiration and motivator.  I bought the e-book about 4 weeks ago and have read it twice and refer to specific parts often.

Your book has given me a kick up the ass and I have retrieved one of the short manuals I shelved, and started to edit and improve on it.   I now plan to sell via the internet as an e-book.

I am enjoying the daily course and ezine…keep em coming.
